So is Kobo accepting Borders gift cards? I have some credit in Borders gift cards that I want to be able to use for eBooks. Also, will I be charged transaction fees for buying from Kobo since I live in the USA? If I cannot use my Borders gift cards and I will be charged a fee, I won't be buying from Kobo.
