Great goal to have something to work towards

. I have been running with a GPS watch for a couple of years and it's great to keep track of distance and speed. As for the heart rate monitor I don't use it as much. I run in a tempo that I know I can sustain without stopping along the way and I don't do interval training where I think a heart rate monitor is more useful. I run my set out distance and it takes the time it takes
