Whe you select "Add to Library", ADE prompts for the location of the .acsm file that you have saved wherever you have choosen as a convenient storage spot.

Selecting that acsm file then creates the DRM protected xxx.epub file which is located automatically in:

C:\Users\username\My Documents\My Digital Editions\xxxx.epub
