Thanks everyone, I'm really happy

I started losing weight because I wanted to run longer distances and was a little too heavy for that, not because I was overweight. But now I feel fantastic

If I have to judge by other people's reactions: 4 months ago I got honked at 1 or 2 times while walking to work. I'm at 4 to 5 times right now
I bake my own bread too, but instead of my hand I use a Kenwood food processor to kneed the dough the first time. Then I kneed and shape the dough a second time myself after it has risen for about 30 minutes. I ate bread from a breadmachine once, but it had a hole in the middle from where the bread had been 'attached' to the machine. I though that was a little stupid. (This was a couple of years ago though.) That's why I decided to go with the Kenwood instead of a breadmaker.
