survey: What publisher(s) are you craving to go digital?
I mean, putting your money where your mouth is. You (we) commit to the company's ebook development by prepaying $100 for say $120 worth of content credit.
For me, they are...
1. Motilal Banarsidas (India) - history, religion, languages.
2. The Onion (USA) - satire. Online is second best in some circumstances
3. Hustler (USA) - porn. For classic issues I still can't find at a reasonable price. It's for the articles, yes really.
4. Oui (USA) - porn. For the dirty pictures from the 1970s. BTW, according to recent news Playboy (Oui's publisher) is putting its entire history of PB online. That'll save me $60+ for the CD version of just one decade ('50s)
5. White Lotus (Thailand) - Southeast Asian reprinted books. Ethnography, history, culture, art
