We've had this before: printing is only part of it, warehousing, shelf space, transportation and dealing with returns and the associated personal cost isn't cheap. Why are ebooks so expensive? Because they ask what they think the market will bear; the cost of production, whatever that means for the end price, is
significantly lower.
