InDesign isn't the problem. I'm guessing it's a funny display thing with Sigil.

I get a similar issue with ADE on OSX, (sans-serif displaying instead of serif, that type of thing)...

Try closing all your open fonts
Trash the Sigil preferences and see if that fixes your problem
