Hello to All

I found on Mobile read instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall Sony reader software with Windows Vista. I am doing this to correct a sync problem and generally software not recognizing reader. Tried everthing else including sony. I cannot find one file to delete it is making me crazy it is
C:\ ProgramData\Marlin. If amyone has any idea at all it would be appreciate it. And !!!! is there the possibility I do not have it.
