Hi, docusk, and welcome to the forums!

Looking from the Sony page, I don't see .lit listed as one of supported media formats. Here's the list:
  • DRM Text : ePub (Adobe DRM protected), PDF (Adobe DRM protected), BBeB Book (PRS DRM protected), Text, RTF
  • Image : JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP

Looks like you'll have to convert them to .epub. I suggest loading them all into Calibre, CRTL+A to select all and just convert them all with one click.
