Let's do a "my mother" test.

You just received message from your [insert the name of the least technically skilled family member here]

Now, pick the telephone and guide your hapless relative through process of booting windows for the first time, downloading Adobe software, installing said software (which is something I was unable to do, it keeps crashing on my comp), registering into Adobe system, registering to Library, registering his/her Reader to Adobe software, ... up to opening the book on the Reader.

I would be very surprised if there was less than 24 steps involved.
