Strindberg, August: Gespenstersonate. V1 [German] 29.5.2011
Johan August Strindberg (1849-1912) gilt als einer der wichtigsten schwedischen Autoren, besonders seine Dramatik ist weltbekannt.

Gespenstersonate, 1907, eines seiner berühmtesten Dramen, schrieb Strindberg in seiner symbolistischen Phase; bei der Uraufführung ein Flop, zählt das Werk heute zum Kanon der 100 wichtigsten Werke der Weltliteratur. Seine Aktualität ist - wie bei aller großen Literatur - bis heute ungebrochen.
