Nah, I think you'll find that for people who've actually used an iPod Touch 4th gen/iPhone 4 the iPad's pixelated screen is a step backwards. Back when I had a 3GS, I used my iPhone 16GB (2G) as back-up reader when I'm charging my phone. After upgrading to the iPhone 4, I just couldn't go back to using my old iPhone anymore.
