Same thing here! I recently uploaded 10 MB in attachments and it took forever. At first the upload speed is fine, at about 100 Mbytes/sec, but near the middle it goes down to 8 Kbytes/sec and
stays there until it's finished.
I've heard of 'scarce resource allocation' schemes, but this seems a bit much!
How about allowing 'regulars' to post at a higher upload speed? Kind of discourages a guy from posting good stuff...
