Let's face it...
everyone will be surprised if the next Kindle doesn't have touch-technology. That's not really the issue. The issue is; are they going to "force" users into a Touch-Only scenario? Which physical buttons will remain if not? Trust me, getting rid of buttons is a decision that Amazon is NOT going to rush into... especially now that they have the opportunity to gauge customer response to the competition's devices which
did get rid of a lot of buttons. (And I'm only discussing ereaders to ereaders here not ereaders to tablets)

how" is. And it's a biggie: it has to attract new customers while at the same time, not piss off old customers who were looking to upgrade.
