I'm not opposed to color or touch technology. I'm just opposed to either of those "features" changing my existing reading experience in any way. Don't degrade the B&W screen clarity; let me keep my physical buttons and everything will be okey-dokey.

I personally think keeping a dirt-cheap, basic B&W, non-touch, no-frills model available makes a lot of business sense--especially if you're truly as concerned with customer satisfaction as you claim to be.

True folder (organization) support and an SD slot would be at the top of my wishlist. Everything else is bland gravy.
