I'm experiencing a weird problem with my K3 (WiFi only) - I'm not getting wireless delivery of samples!
I can get books and personal documents, but not samples
I just spent over 20 minutes with Kindle CS and after 2 reps and 2 hard restarts, they couldn't figure what's going on. The 2nd rep finalized the call by promising to research the problem and get back to me.
I hardly sample books (and I can always use my USB cable, which is what I did 99% of the time when I had my K2) so it's not that big of a problem but still ... Also, I'm selling this Kindle to a friend who's not very computer literate and I don't want it to have any issues she may have to contend with
Anyone experiencing anything similar? Any suggestions?
