Not fridges, unless they have some sort of clock or other electronics. When the fridge compressor or light isn't running, the draw is zero. The vampire power in the 5% range you mention (hopefully less) is from stuff that has some sort of standby power requirements. Anything with an illuminated LED indication or clock, is obviously using some power but some give no indication.
And many, but not all, 'wall wart' transformers, like on chargers as you say, will have a bit of load when plugged in doing nothing.
