I think the combo of the NOOKcolor & Nook e-ink could be a really sweet ecosystem. It already is a good combo. I just mean it has even more potential. You can already share libraries. Imagine if you could sync everything: bookmarks, notes, shelves, etc. All out of the box with no hacks required. It would be a persuasive reason to be loyal to the B&N bookstore and their product line. I think if Amazon does come out with a tablet like the rumors are saying, then they will implement a cross-device ecosystem like this. I was really disappointed when Apple chose to make an example of the Sony for iPhone app!
