Yes, except some things are not subjective. Like it or not, the touch screen is an upgrade in terms of hardware. Again, whether or not you use it is up to you, however, the upgrade is there for you. In addition, the processor is a HUGE upgrade over the Kindle. Neither of those two things are subjective. Preference of one over the other (touch screen versus keyboard) is, but neither of the above points are. The inclusion of a memory card slot is, once again, NOT subjective, regardless of whether you might find it useful or not.
The person making those assertions is an unabashed Kindle fanboy. He has zero credibitlity when stating his "opinion." And, keep something in mind here, folks. I OWN a Kindle and genuinely like it. I've NEVER owned a Nook but even I can see the obvious upgrades here.
And, I keep forgetting to mention the LOOOONNNNGGG claimed battery life, or is that also of no importance?
