I thought you wanted the catalog OF those that met the criteria.
AFAIK custom fields don't get included because 'Catalog' has no way to know What/How or where to place custom fields.

might (I am not sure custom field data is even available at this level) be able to hack the Catalog template file to meet your custom needs.
