From what I read linux & the 350 should be fine. I have Mac computer & it works fine with that. But it wouldn't hurt to research it.
Yes we have Borders in Australia but I live in a rural area and so I have to buy online. Borders has no sony ereaders in stock. I'm interested in buying on because I want a touch screen as I read fast and I'm sick of pressing a button to turn the pages. Lame reason I suppose.

My Kobo is alright but I would like to try something else out and I quite like the look of the Sony. The Sony PRS650 is hard to get.
