I updated to Calibre 0.8.2 but after that when I do conversion from PDF to RTF the image of the cover page does not show. Instead I get a message saying " SPECIAL_IMAGE-index-_.jpg-REPLACE_ME " Do I have to change some setting to get the image as with before versions?
