iTunes - no, but you can just use "drag and drop" in explorer. For more functionality, you can use it with something like MediaMonkey (which I love, and has a free version). It should work fine with Winamp and others too. It comes with Rhapsody but I can't use Rhapsody because it does not support the composer tag, which I use with my large collection of classical music.
Oh, it also has a radio, which I thought didn't matter but it turns out I use it.
