Hate to burst your bubble but a lot the tech that you claim Sony invented was in fact developed by other companies an purchased by Sony.

E Ink Pearl is the property of E Ink Corporation and sold to several companies for use on their devices.

Neonode makes the touch screen technology now used by Sony,Amazon(soon), Kobo, and B&N.
