Thanks for your feedback. I guess the reverse also happens to UK and German users quite a lot too. I think I mentioned in the original post that it was likely to go free elsewhere too (Domino project books usually do) and as Arcdata has helpfully pointed out it is now free in the US too. I hope you enjoy the book.
