I have succesfully downloaded epub through Windows 7 but I have yet to try mobi or prc. Good luck with this. Thanks fglaysher for your earlier comments.
After a few days with the Libre Touch I'm quite happy with it. Dell.ca had a 48 hour sale last week and I was able to pick it up for $129. The ability to check my email and surf the web on a 7" screen is great.
