I have installed the jailbreak on a 3.2.1 kindle, only problem you have to have Duokan already installed for this to work (before you upgrade to 3.2.1).
just put the zipped folder in the kindle memory and boot into duokan. You'll be able to jailbreak afterwards.
The folder in which install.sh has to be called DK_DownLoad, no subfolders!!
