I don't know where everyone else is. Talk about the blind leading the blind.

The main problem with the way you installed the file, and the reason I did it over, was that you get installation files and program operation files intermingled.

If you go to the command prompt and just put CD \Book Designer and then hit enter, does it accept that as a good path? (It'll echo the path on the next line if so and tell you if not) If so, maybe the first thing to do is to try to enter the regsvr32 bit there and hit enter again and see if the computer tells you the registration was accepted. If so, you may be OK. If not, and it were me, I'd uninstall the program and do it again. And if you do that, look in the Book Designer file and delete any folders it leaves behind (in my case there were 4 or 5 still in there.) You want a clean folder to start out with.

The unstall didn't seem to hurt anything and only took a minute.
