I have set up my calibre to send the BBC news to my Kindle, however I obviously haven't set it up right.
When I receive it on the Kindle I also get a message from Amazon saying that it couldn't be delivered by Whispernet as exceeds my 'Maximum Charge' (which I have set toŁ0.00) so it has been sent direct to my @feee.kindle.com account.
I am quite happy to receive it this way but don't want to get the Amazon message each time. So what setting do I have to set in calibre
