Yeah, for me at least, as long as this new Nook is US-only, Kobo is still the winner. The new Nook's battery life is simply awesome, but personally it can't beat local support and content.

That said, if I were living in the USA, I'd be tempted to jump for this new Nook Simple Touch over anything else, including a K3. Will be interesting to see future Kindle models.
