From what I have read, Milk Oolong is hand processed which makes it more rare and more expensive. There are some stores that try and sell an Oolong that has been scented or have added milk to the Oolong somehow to duplicate the flavor but that does not work. It is suppose to be tea picked right after a sudden temperature drop which gives it its unique flavor.
