Yep, sounds like it's not completing or as wallcraft says deleting it because your install of MS Reader is messed up. Maybe it's a simple as reinstalling MS Reader. Maybe the method wallcraft found on Fictionwise will help.

It's definitely something to get worked out as no matter where you buy from any DRM'd lit is going to use the same method of downloading, not just Fictionwise.
