1. My kindle 3 freeze sometimes when i browse the web. Today it happen again and i try to restart but without success. It stay for 1/2 hors with blank screen... After manny try to restart I get the message "update failed" and "error code: 3" with advise to report that and to press the R button. Is the second time that hapened in 1 week.
2. other bad things is that kindle reset itself almost daily..
What I can do? I am a little worry for that.
