I got my original Nook as a refurb through Overstock. It was a real B&N refurb and looked brand new, even the box. The only way I could tell it was a refurb was a little sticker on the end. I think it was one of those special refurbs where they take a new one and put a refurb sticker on it just so they can justify selling it for cheap.
