viewing RAR on Linux

I just moved my Calibre from MAC to Lubuntu 10.10.

When I try to VIEW a RAR file, a GUI for file-roller opens up. I suspect this is because Calibre is using xdg-open and xdg-open runs file-roller for application/x-rar.

Note that file-roller just opens a GUI that shows the contents of the RAR, it doesn't automatically extract anything.

I suspect it might work if I find out how to map xdg-open to /usr/bin/unrar, but that's just a guess. Anyone with a better idea?
