So it says it's downloading to "temporary folder" and that's it? It doesn't open the reader software & display the file or anything? Makes me wonder if it's actually completing the download and saving it to the computer at all. Especially if you've done a *.lit file search & turned nothing up. I don't know how/why the computer would have them marked as hidden, but do you have it set to "show hidden files and folder" under Tools/Folder Options/View in explorer?
