My DXG works great for the reading I do. I have never had problems with "limited formats" because Amazons store is huge, I can buy Mobi books from other stores, and I know how to move an EPub book to my Kindle.

You cannot set margins. You can change line spacing and have a large number of font sizes to choose from.

I am comfortable with being able to store 3,500 books on my hard drive. I have a memory card slot on my K1 and never needed it and it only help 300 books.

I take notes in some books. If it is a series, I will take notes regarding who is who and how they are related to other folks. I love highlighting passages I find funny or interesting or important.

I am glad that your PB works well for you. My Kindle works great for me. I have three of them, the K1 is rarely used but the K3 and the DXG both see a good amount of use.
