As of right now ignore them. These are from the store plugins. Currently the description is set to the store's tag line / slogan. This will be changing to an actual real description in the nearish future. They're basically there as place holders and I felt the store's tag line was a nicer looking place holder than every store saying something like "I'm the store's description."
