Hi,
I love Calibre. It is perfect for managing book readers (Kindle 2 & DX, ipad 1 & 2) for our family. I have referred to your forums for help before and always found an answer.

I have joined because I have a question regarding Calibre 8.1.0 running on a mid 2009 imac, with OSX 10.5.8. Recently it seems to be running very slow, does not always detect a device. I only have just over 100 books. Should I upgrade to Snow Leopard or should I just go back to a previous version of Calibre?

Can you please direct my question to the correct area.
