I read that in a mid-eastern studies course. Pretty good. Honestly the nature of the issue (and the nature of history writing in general) makes truly unbiased writing on it near-impossible. There are some good works that make solid attempts at level-headedness, like David K. Shipler's well written Arab and Jew. Shipler was a NYTimes Israel correspondent for a while and it's a good read. (edit: apparently no ebook version, which shouldn't stop you if the subject matter is more important than the format)

Some of the biased works are actually very good, and important. The key is exposing yourself to works on both sides if you want a deep understanding of the subject. imo.
