I see this has become confusing so I'll explain what is going on.

When you download a purchased MS Reader eBook, it is downloaded with Internet Explorer. The file automatically downloads and you do not get a choice of where to save it. It is always saved to the same location. Under Windows XP it it saved to C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\My Library where user is the name of the account you are using. So if your account name under XP is admin then user would be replaced by admin and that is where the eBooks are downloaded to. You don't have any choice it just happens.
