No rain, again, despite a forecast 40% chance today. We would need 16 to 20 inches to remove us from the level of "extreme drought". The last time it rained at least half an inch was January 24. The 10-day forecast again shows 0% chance of rain. Is this the Rapture? I'm a dog, you know. Aren't we exempt?
