Seems like there are a LOT of ways to corrupt the Kobo DB. It would be nice if someone from Kobo were to post officially in this forum to offer advice.
When I get my replacement Kobo, it seems like the only safe thing to do is just read the 100 free books on it... and never plug it in to a computer. Hmmm...
