Im an Australian customer and had a problem with the Dpad button. I spoke to Kobo customer service in Canada and they were really helpful and understanding and sent me a replacement unit and the prepaid packaging to send my old one back to them. I cant say enough positive things about Kobo's customer service. and there wasnt even any time i had to live without my Kobo cause I got the replacement one and sent the old one back on the same day!!!
