For me it's definitely psychological. I feel like I can't function if I don't have a cup of coffee in the morning. But somewhere deep down I know that's not true, because I often give up drinking coffee altogether. And once I get used to it, I function better than on days when I have a cup of coffee in the morning. But getting used to life without coffee is the hard part
