Seeking some "outdoors manuals"

I'm looking for a few "Outdoors manuals" or reference books to add to my NOOK (classic).

Does anyone know of decent versions (that will show up well on a NOOK eInk screen) of books similar to....

book of outdoor knots - Peter Owen (I would especially like to find this one)
Boy's book of survival - Guy Campbell
Field Guide to Edible Wild Plants - Bradford Angier
How to Stay Alive in the Woods - Bradford Angier
Infantry Scouting, Patrolling, and Sniping - US Dept of the Army (fantastic for land navigation)
Map Reading and Land Navigation - US Dept of the Army
SAS Survival Handbook - John "Lofty" Wiseman
SAS Urban Survival Handbook - John "Lofty" Wiseman

This is just in keeping with my "portable reference library" plans
