I think you may be right on both counts, though I'm hoping the big brother comes in a bit cheaper. Personally, I'm very interested in a larger tablet, and not so much in the smaller. To me the smaller tablet would basically be just a reader, and too small for magazines and PDFs. At 10-inch I can see actually using it as a computer. I've typed on an iPad, and it's doable, not really too bad. I can't see doing that on a 7-incher.
