I asked the Kobo Help Desk about reverting to the earlier software but it seems that I am pooched. I don't want to have to return it for a replacement if there is some other recourse.  |
I was reading through this thread to see if anyone else had this problem.
The page turns are noticeably slower with the upgrade. And I have an issue powering down. I hold the button sufficiently long (I think) and it either goes to the sleep mode or (more often) the boot page (with the little squares at the bottom). It has occasionally taken me several attempts to Power Down.
So far, not liking it, wish I had not accepted the upgrade.
