Not if it has Barnes and Noble DRM, unless you remove the DRM. And if you know how to remove the DRM then you probably know how to remove the DRM and then put it on the Kindle.

As for why a book is outselling on Barnes and Noble vs Amazon - we'd have to know what the book is to speculate. Overall Amazon sells far more eBooks than Barnes or any other retailer, but certain types of books do well in the smaller PubIt platform.
