Device: 2x Sony PRS-350; PRS-300 (†), Paperwhite (†), Voyage
Kartu

LRF Text Scale:
Yes, as mentioned in one former post, after installing the PRS- beta (which seems to be OK in the first step) I played around a bit and changed one of the LRF-options (50 for the XXL). Changed it back to default a couple of minutes later after rebooting. Nothing special happens that time I guess.

base installer:
I#m using Winrar, did everything right (folder structure ok), deleted PRSP and rebooted. NOTHING happened.

Additional things to mention:

I used even a second PC to sort aus reasons related to the computer itself.

It seems that the reader after flashing with PRS+ beta lost the ability to make some action on itself (?) or don't admit overwrite the firmware.

I found a reflashing package from PORKUBAN:
http://projects.mobileread.com/reade...ckage.orig.zip
That worked well! Now I have the old original SONY firmware on the reader.

BUT: The reader refuses to be flashed with the new original Sony firmware again! Strange:
It' possible to put your PRS+ Alpha on the Reader.
But even with that it's not possible to update with the new SONY flasher (which worked very well before the troubles begun).

A.
